Services

White Bear Harmonics, LLC offers complementary energy healing and wellness sessions including QHHT, Cognomovement, biofield tuning, acupuncture, and Reiki. These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Booking and payment

All sessions are booked and paid for in advance through this website. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation and refund policy

48+ hours notice: Full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Gift card amounts are also fully restored.

Inside 48 hours: 50% refund — 50% of any card charge will be returned within 5–10 business days, and 50% of any gift card amount used will be restored. This applies whether you paid by card, gift card, or a combination of both.

No-shows: Non-refundable. If something urgent comes up, reach out and I'll work something out.

Package purchases: Non-refundable once purchased. Individual session cancellations within a package still follow the policy above.

To cancel or reschedule, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us at karenalexander04@gmail.com.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrivals and the full session fee applies.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
