When you book a session or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

We also collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (described below) to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, approximate location (city/country level), device type, and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

We use your information solely to confirm and manage your appointments, send you booking confirmations, and respond to your messages. Anonymous analytics data is used only to improve the site experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this site:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase — secure database storage for appointment records.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for booking confirmations.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous website analytics. Google may collect your IP address and browsing behavior on this site. See Google's privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording and heatmap analytics. Clarity records anonymized mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior to help us understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is captured. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics purposes. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data retention

We retain your booking information for up to 2 years for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
